Collaborations
Projects where I teamed up with other musicians, contributing production, textures, and arrangement ideas to bring their vision to life while keeping the artist’s voice at the center.
Take My Love
Created as part of a 48-hour songwriting challenge hosted by my university, this track was developed in an intense, fast-paced collaborative environment. Working alongside four other musicians, the song came together through shared contributions in acoustic guitar, bass, drums, vocals, and lyrics. I focused on adding electric guitar parts and textural elements, helping shape the atmosphere and emotional depth of the track. The project reflects my ability to work creatively under pressure while contributing meaningfully to a team-based process.
Eskawata Kayawai
This track came from a second-year university assignment where we explored “medicine music” through a soft rock approach. Using Nathan Maingard’s original song Eskawata Kayawai, the focus was on keeping the honesty and feeling of the original while building a more familiar, warm, band-driven sound around it.
It was really about working with the song as it is, not overcomplicating it. Just understanding where it’s coming from and trying to support that in a way that feels natural, while still bringing it into a different space sonically.
