Work
My strongest and most representative projects, showing my core sound and approach to production.
Synesthesia
A synth-driven electronic track focused on mood, space, and melodic progression. I spent a lot of time shaping the sound design and transitions to make the track feel cohesive and immersive. It reflects my interest in building emotional depth through electronic textures rather than relying on simple formulas.
Safar (Journey)
A semi-electronic piece, produced by me with friends adding live bass and drums, bringing the song to life through real-time collaboration. This track represents my love for building music in a shared space and turning ideas into something complete.
Pretty Baby Remix
I originally tried taking this remix in a more conventional direction, but I couldn’t find a way to make the track fit in 4/4, and I didn’t want to force it into a place it didn’t belong. Instead, I leaned into the 6/8 feel and let that shape the direction of the remix.
The idea that began to guide it started to become: What if this track were adapted into a movie score? The first half stays cinematic, hopeful, and almost uplifting, letting the emotion of Alex Sampson's vocals breathe before the story starts to "turn".
Towards the second half of the track, it evolves into something darker and more emotionally driven, especially toward the end, where it somewhat reinterprets the lyrics, “pretty baby, is it crazy / pretty baby, someday maybe,” through a darker lens.
I wanted it to feel like the slow descent of a character who begins in longing and hope, but gradually slips into an unhealthy obsession, willing to destroy everything in pursuit of their “pretty baby.”
